Excellent I received a call telling me that the violets they had were not their best I could substitute another arrangement so it would get their in one day n that butterflies would also be placed on the newly picked arrangement... I decided to wait and the violets came early the following day and the recipient was thrilled with arrangement butterflies and all Thanks for your honesty and not just trying to make the sale...... I received a phone call asking permission to use some replacements, because what I had originally ordered was not in stock. I really appreciated the phone call, and the basket that my friend received was just beautiful. She sent me a picture. The service and arrangement were outstanding.,
